Our programme.

Our Solo day programme sessions include a short 10 am until 4 pm taster session in meditation and mindfulness through conservation work for people/ professionals who want abstinence as part of their lives who want to recharge their batteries, to regroup, stand still, reflect, refocus and take stock of essential aspects of their lives through the experience of nature and the elements.

Please bring suitable waterproof/warm clothing and footwear.
