The Solo day you have chosen is from 10am till 4pm at Lime tree Farm Hutts Lane, Ripon HG4 3DA priced £47.50 per person and includes a healthy lunch.

We would ask you to book early to avoid possible disappointment and share our links with like-minded individuals and friends, thank you.

Our courses at the nature reserve are by prior booking only.

Who we are.

Abc has been working collectively with like-minded individuals to create an environment for people who have achieved abstinence and have identified the need for extra support in their personal journey of continued recovery. We have sourced a place in nature to retreat to, to practice meditation, mindfulness and to experience solo time. This will facilitate a greater understanding of your true authentic self whilst in nature.
